This is a contract position. This is an onsite opportunity located in Menlo Park, CA.

About this Position

Looking to drive meaningful change through metrics and data insights? This role offers the opportunity to help operational teams define key metrics, close data gaps, and create dashboards that align with strategic goals. You’ll play a central role in managing metric requests, documenting data sources, and ensuring data quality to enable effective decision-making. Reporting to the Business Transformation Specialist, you’ll occasionally be coordinated by the Business Operations Lead.

Job Responsibilities

• Create and maintain documentation for data dictionaries, metrics, and reporting frameworks
• Serve as the main intake for metric/reporting requests from operational teams
• Identify data gaps and collaborate on process/tooling solutions
• Translate requests into business requirements and manage user testing
• Maintain dashboards and monitor data quality and reporting performance

Job Skills/Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication to simplify complex insights for non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
• Familiarity with tools like Tableau and Salesforce reporting
• Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and translate needs into technical requirements
• Experience managing multiple requests, timelines, and project priorities

Pay Range: $65 - $70/hr
