Business Analyst – Product Development - Contract opportunity.

Hybrid opportunity in Framingham, MA (2 days onsite, 3 days remote).

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze complex, cross-functional business processes and define integrated requirements.
• Facilitate the design and delivery of end-to-end process, technical, and organizational solutions.
• Partner with SMEs to align expectations with project progress and outcomes.
• Support all phases of implementation—requirements, testing, training, and functional configuration.
• Drive creation and execution of business analyst deliverables including process maps, data flows, and test plans.

Skills/Requirements

• Product development experience or experience as a PLM Admin preferred.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Ability to create use cases, data flow diagrams, requirements specs, and testing documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Hybrid work schedule: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote
• May require limited travel
• Duration: Contract assignment

• Pay Range: $26–$33/hour
