Contractor Business Analyst - ThoughtSpot

Experience Required: 2+ years in ThoughtSpot Analytics, Inventory Management, and Databricks

Job Summary: Business Analyst with expertise in ThoughtSpot Analytics, Inventory Management, and Databricks to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of data analytics and inventory management processes, and will be responsible for leveraging ThoughtSpot and Databricks to provide actionable insights and improve inventory management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain analytical models and reports using ThoughtSpot and Databricks
• Ensure delivery of actionable insights and interactive dashboards to stakeholders
• Collaborate with business users to gather and document requirements
• Translate business needs into technical specifications
• Integrate data from multiple sources into a cohesive analytical environment
• Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Provide recommendations based on data-driven findings
• Optimize BI solutions for performance and scalability
• Provide training and support to business users on ThoughtSpot and other BI tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ThoughtSpot Analytics, Inventory Management, and Databricks
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation
• Proficiency in ThoughtSpot for data visualization and dashboard creation
• Experience with Databricks for data engineering and integration
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
