Contractor Business Data Analyst (Fixed-Term Contract)

We are looking for a Business Data Analyst with strong SQL skills to support data exploration, reporting and advanced analysis. The role involves:

• Identifying patterns in data
• Generating insights
• Supporting decision-making through reports and dashboards

Responsibilities:

• Work with business datasets.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Team to define and deliver analytical needs.
• Provide on-demand data extracts, validations and consistency checks.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for data quality improvements.
• Consolidate reports and dashboards and contribute to standardization initiatives.
• Manage report access, data refresh schedules and user support.
• Support the creation of effective visualizations and innovative dashboards using relevant tools.
• Actively participate in team discussions, meetings and briefings to gather requirements for current and future projects.

Must-Have:

• Hands-on experience with large-scale data (billions of records).
• Strong practical knowledge of SQL.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, etc.).
• Ability to prepare and interpret charts (e.g., pie, bar, column).
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive, result-oriented approach with a willingness to learn.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with BI tools (preferably Power BI).
• Knowledge of VBA or other automation methods.
• Prior experience working with large, complex datasets.
