Are you a driven communicator who thrives on building relationships? Join MicroHabitat as a Business Development Representative. You'll connect with potential clients and generate qualified leads for our Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify high-potential prospects in the GTA and other regions.
- Reach out to potential clients via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events.
- Educate prospects on MicroHabitat's mission and programs.
- Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings for Account Executives.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve outreach strategies.
- Maintain detailed records in our CRM (HubSpot).
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and resilient with a results-driven mindset.
- Enthusiastic about sustainability and urban agriculture.
- Experience in customer service or sales is an asset.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and objection handling.
Compensation:
- 100% commission-based.
- $250 per qualified lead.
- 1.5% commission on deals that close from your outreach.
- High-earning potential based on performance.
