Contractor Business Insights Analyst

We are seeking a Business Insights Analyst to support our Fortune 100 client in building industry-leading analytics platforms for reimagining healthcare.

Location: Remote within the U.S. (Eastern or Central Time preferred)

Duration: Approximately 12 months (W2) with possible extension or conversion to hire

What you'll do:

1. Identify KPIs and craft SQL queries to optimize patient medication adherence.
2. Analyze patient and pharmacy data (SQL, Excel, Tableau, Python) to find opportunities for personalized care and improve patient experience.
3. Design and deploy interactive Tableau dashboards for stakeholders, delivering actionable insights for user targeting and marketing.
4. Own end-to-end reporting for price optimization, aiding patients and medical providers in cost management.
5. Fetch data using SQL, Python, and Excel to build Tableau dashboards tracking metrics like pickup rate, adherence, calls, and success rates.
6. Analyze structured/unstructured data to solve business problems using advanced statistical techniques.
7. Collaborate with business partners to understand problems, develop predictive models, reports, and metrics.
8. Develop and present analyses to business partners to drive product strategy.
9. Use programming skills to explore, examine, and interpret large datasets.

Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years Python, SQL, and Tableau experience
• 3+ years extracting insights from complex models for business audiences
• 2+ years preparing data, working with data engineers, assessing data quality, and performing feature engineering
• 2+ years applying advanced analytics tools to analyze large datasets
