Intern Business Internship - WFH/ Remote Job

As a Business Intern, you'll support our team with critical research and analytical tasks.

• Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on the education technology market, Registered Training Organizations (RTOs), the educational sector, and the Australian job market. Explore aspects like marketing strategies, social media trends, finance & economics, statistics, business processes, operations, and management practices.
• Data Analysis & Visualization: Analyze collected data and create clear, visually appealing representations (pie charts, bar charts, timelines, infographics). Use tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets, Canva, and Figma.
• Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, admin tasks, and quality checks.
• Design Concepts for UX/UI: Contribute to designing concepts focusing on improving user flow, usability, UI, and UX for our website and mobile app pages. Collaborate with the design team.
• Tool Mastery: Gain experience using tools like MS Word, Google Docs, Microsoft Visio, and Figma.
• Gain hands-on experience in software testing within a professional environment.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in research, data analysis, and problem-solving
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Canva, and Figma (training provided)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
