Intern Business Internship - WFH/Remote

As a Business Intern, you'll play a key role in supporting our team with critical research and analytical tasks.

• Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on the education technology market, Registered Training Organizations (RTOs), the educational sector, and the Australian job market. Explore specific aspects such as marketing strategies, social media trends, finance & economics, statistics, business processes, operations, and management practices.
• Data Analysis & Visualization: Analyze collected data and create clear, visually appealing representations such as pie charts, bar charts, timelines, and other infographics. Use tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets, Canva, and Figma to present data effectively.
• Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, admin tasks, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Design Concepts for UX/UI: Contribute to designing concepts that focus on improving user flow, usability, UI, and UX for our website and mobile app pages. Collaborate with the design team to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Tool Mastery: Gain hands-on experience using tools like MS Word, Google Docs, Microsoft Visio, and Figma to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Psychology, or a related field.

• Basic proficiency in tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets, Canva, and Figma (training provided where needed).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Passion for innovation in education, technology, and career development.
