Job Details
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A CSR will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, and resolve customer problems accurately and efficiently.
Ideal CSRs are passionate about helping customers. They are patient, empathetic, and communicative. They enjoy talking to people.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing large amounts of incoming calls
- Generating sales leads
- Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open communication
- Providing accurate information using proper methods/tools
- Meeting sales and call handling quotas
- Handling customer complaints and providing solutions within time limits; following up for resolution
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing accounts, and filing documents
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Taking the extra mile to engage customers
Required skills include:
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Customer orientation and adaptability
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in English
- Strong data entry skills
- Computer skills
- Experience with outbound calling (preferred)
- Analytical skills
- Multilingual proficiency (a plus)
- Sales and upselling experience (preferred)
- Spanish language proficiency (advantageous)
Qualifications:
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Authorized to work in the US
- US resident (excluding specific states)
