We are seeking a customer-oriented service representative.
A customer service representative (CSR) acts as a liaison, providing product/service information and resolving customer account problems accurately and efficiently. Excellent customer service skills, a strong track record, good phone etiquette, and communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing high call volumes
- Generating sales leads
- Identifying and assessing customer needs
- Building customer relationships
- Providing accurate information
- Meeting sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handling customer complaints and providing solutions
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accounts
- Following communication procedures
- Engaging customers proactively
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and adaptability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in English
- Strong data entry skills
- Computer skills
- Analytical skills
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus (Spanish preferred)
- Sales and upselling experience preferred
