We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, and resolve emerging problems accurately and efficiently.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customer needs
- Build strong customer relationships
- Provide accurate information using proper methods/tools
- Meet sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions/alternatives
- Keep records of customer interactions and process accounts
- Follow communication procedures and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good phone etiquette
- Experience with CRM systems
- Customer orientation
- Ability to adapt to different personalities
- Proficient in English
- Data entry skills

- At least 18 years old
