Job Details

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, providing product/service information and resolving customer problems accurately and efficiently. Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers are essential.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing large amounts of incoming calls
  2. Generating sales leads
  3. Identifying and assessing customer needs
  4. Building customer relationships
  5. Providing accurate information using appropriate tools
  6. Meeting sales and call handling targets
  7. Handling customer complaints and finding solutions
  8. Following up to ensure resolution
  9. Keeping records of customer interactions
  10. Following communication procedures and policies
  11. Taking the extra mile to engage customers
