We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, providing product/service information and resolving customer problems accurately and efficiently. Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers are essential.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing large amounts of incoming calls
- Generating sales leads
- Identifying and assessing customer needs
- Building customer relationships
- Providing accurate information using appropriate tools
- Meeting sales and call handling targets
- Handling customer complaints and finding solutions
- Following up to ensure resolution
- Keeping records of customer interactions
- Following communication procedures and policies
- Taking the extra mile to engage customers
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong customer service abilities
- Proven ability to exceed quotas
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Adaptability to different customer personalities
- Proficiency in English
- Strong data entry skills
- Computer skills
- Analytical skills
- Multilingual proficiency (a plus)
