Job Details
We are seeking a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, providing product/service information and resolving customer issues efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customer needs
- Build relationships with customers through communication
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Meet sales targets and call quotas
- Handle customer complaints and find solutions
- Document customer interactions
- Follow communication procedures
