Job Details

Description:

  • Handle inbound calls - provide support to people looking for assistance or more information regarding California State Parks
  • Must have ability to navigate through multiple systems and utilize resources to solve issues.
  • Subject matter of calls could be: how to change a reservation, day-use camping permits, parking citation information, reserving a campsite or day passes, permits for events or photography, etc.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of RECENT call center experience (within the last 6 months)
  • Ability to work remotely in a distraction-free environment
  • Flexibility for any schedule between 9am-9pm Central Time Mon-Sun (will have set 40 hour work week)
  • Technical aptitude to navigate through multiple systems and screens

Schedule: Must be available for any 8 hour shift between 9am-9pm Mon-Sun (will have consecutive days off)
Contract Duration: Long term project until December 2025
Equipment will be provided. Must have reliable internet with minimum 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
