Job Details
We are seeking a customer-oriented service representative. A CSR will act as a liaison, providing product/service information and resolving customer issues efficiently.
Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about helping customers, patient, empathetic, and excellent communicators.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming calls
- Generating sales leads
- Identifying and assessing customer needs
- Building customer relationships
- Providing accurate information
- Meeting sales and call handling targets
- Handling complaints and providing solutions
- Documenting customer interactions
- Following communication procedures
- Going the extra mile to engage customers
Skills Required:
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Adaptability to different customer types
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency in English
- Data entry skills
- Computer skills
- Outbound calling experience (preferred)
