Part-Time Call Center Representative

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls
• Generate sales leads
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build relationships with customers through communication
• Provide accurate information using proper methods/tools
• Meet sales targets and call handling quotas
• Handle complaints, provide solutions and alternatives within time limits; follow up
• Keep records of interactions, process accounts, and file documents
• Follow communication procedures and policies
• Engage customers beyond expectations

• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Customer orientation and adaptability
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Proficient in English
• Strong data entry skills
• Computer skills
• Experience with outbound calling (preferred)
• Analytical skills (preferred)
• Multilingual or bilingual proficiency (a plus)
• Sales and upselling experience (preferred)
• Spanish language proficiency (advantageous)

Requirements:

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Authorized to work in the US
• US resident (except CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, or WI)
