Job Details
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, and resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently. Excellent communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities include managing incoming calls, generating sales leads, identifying customer needs, building relationships, providing accurate information, meeting targets, handling complaints, following up on resolutions, and maintaining records.
Skills and Qualifications are important. These include excellent customer service abilities, a track record of exceeding quotas, good phone etiquette, familiarity with CRM systems, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in English is required, and Spanish proficiency is a plus. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Additional Requirements include being at least 18 years old, having a high school diploma or GED, being authorized to work in the US, and residing in the US, excluding certain states (CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI).
