Job Details
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, and resolve emerging problems. Excellent customer service abilities are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customer needs
- Build customer relationships
- Provide accurate information
- Meet sales targets
- Handle complaints
- Keep records of interactions

Experience:
