Customer-oriented service representative needed.
A customer service representative will act as a liaison, providing product/service information and resolving customer issues efficiently. Excellent communication, empathy, and patience are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build relationships with customers
- Provide accurate information using proper methods/tools
- Meet sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle complaints and provide solutions/alternatives
- Follow up to ensure resolutions
- Maintain customer interaction records
- Process customer accounts and file documents
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong customer service abilities
- Experience meeting or exceeding quotas
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Adaptability and composure dealing with diverse personalities
- Multitasking and time management skills
- Proficient in English
- Strong data entry skills
- Computer skills and experience with outbound calling
- Analytical skills
- Multilingual skills a plus
- Sales and upselling experience preferred
- Spanish proficiency is advantageous
