Job Details
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, and resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build relationships and trust with customers
- Provide accurate information using proper methods/tools
- Meet sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions
- Keep records of customer interactions and process accounts
- Follow communication procedures and policies
- Engage customers beyond expectations
Skills/Qualifications
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Track record of exceeding quotas
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Customer orientation and adaptability
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient in English
- Strong data entry skills
- Computer skills
- Outbound calling experience is a plus
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus
