Job Details
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A Customer Service Representative (CSR) will act as a liaison, providing product/service information and resolving customer issues accurately and efficiently. Excellent communication, empathy, and patience are key.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customer needs
- Build customer relationships
- Provide accurate information
- Meet sales and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints and find solutions
- Maintain records of customer interactions
- Follow communication procedures
- Go the extra mile for customers
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Strong data entry skills
- Computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Proficient in English
- Ability to adapt to different customer types
- Multilingual proficiency a plus (e.g., Spanish)
- Sales and upselling experience preferred
