Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations.
• Actively engage in sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling when appropriate.
• Operate the point-of-sale system, handling cash and card transactions accurately.
• Assist with merchandising and maintaining an organized, attractive store appearance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Participate in inventory management tasks, including restocking and reporting discrepancies.
• Adapt to varying work schedules and peak shopping periods with flexibility.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating enthusiasm and teamwork.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and move around the store as needed
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Previous retail experience is preferred but not required
• Enthusiasm for learning about products and staying informed on current trends
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in maintaining store appearance and inventory

Salary:

Salary is based on age range (16-20 £9.45) (21+ £12.55)
