Contractor CDP Manager

We are seeking an experienced CDP Manager with a specialization in Customer Data Management. This role is ideal for a hands-on expert in Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) who can manage, optimize, and leverage CDP functionalities to enhance data-driven marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary power user and administrator of the Customer Data Platform (CDP).
• Oversee data ingestion, audience segmentation, identity resolution, and activation workflows.
• Collaborate with MarTech, analytics, and digital marketing teams.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance.
• Provide hands-on support for data modeling, customer journey orchestration, and campaign execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data flows, integrations, and platform performance.
• Act as the internal CDP subject matter expert (SME), training and supporting teams.
• Monitor and analyze CDP performance metrics.
• Stay up to date on CDP best practices and emerging trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience working with CDPs.
• Strong understanding of customer data management, audience segmentation, identity resolution, and activation strategies.
• Experience managing data flows, integrations, and governance.
• In-depth knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Financial services experience.
• Experience with MarTech tools.

Compensation:

$65-70 per hour.
