Contractor Certified Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) Sub-Contractor

• Experienced, certified social compliance auditor (APSCA - CSCA)
• In good standing with the Association of Professional Social Compliance Auditors.
• Works with audit teams to plan, prioritize, and perform audit activities.
• Prepares reports to ensure technical excellence.
• Experienced Lead Auditors with knowledge of issues in the markets.
• Supports local implementation and improvement.

• Perform duties in accordance with SGS Statement of Integrity and Conflict of Interest Policies.
• Act as sole and/or lead auditor on selected schemes.
• Ensure effective delivery of audits.
• Meet agreed turnaround times for reporting and other deliverables.
• Present a professional image in all dealings with clients and auditees.
• Promote the SGS approach and services.
• Provide technical input to back office and sales teams.
• Technical review of reports from other auditors.
• Active development of relationships through existing networks and contacts.
• Stay updated with industry trends, client expectations, and legislative requirements.
• Ensure compliance with SGS Company’s Code of Integrity & Professional Conduct and Impartiality Policy.
• Cooperate with investigations related to Quality issues or Integrity.
• Adopt a safe behavior, exercising due regard for health and safety.
• Witness other auditors for effectiveness of auditing.
• Lead and organize audit team/s before, during and after the audit.
• Mentor auditors and provide “on-the-job” training.
• Coordinate with Program Managers the implementation of the programs.
• Identify quality, integrity, and efficiency improvement areas.
• Assist in development, improvement, and revision of audit policies and procedures.
• Resolve and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for analysis.
• Contribute to content development of technical documents.

• Registered CSCA (Certified Compliance Auditor) with valid APSCA membership.
• Evidence of Associated and relevant Social Auditor Training.
• Extensive knowledge of labour laws, ETI Base code, and occupational health and safety.
• Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license.
• Valid passport.
