Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all legal matters for Music Evolved Records
- Ensure company-wide legal compliance
- Protect and manage intellectual property
- Develop and maintain contract templates
- Lead the risk management strategy
- Provide legal support for new ventures
- Advise on funding, investor relations, and business development
- Monthly Retainer: $1,500 - $4,000
- Revenue Share: 3% of company profits after breakeven
- Performance Bonuses: Up to $3,000 per achievement
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law
- 5+ years of experience in entertainment law, corporate law, or intellectual property
- Proven ability to draft, negotiate, and manage complex contracts
