Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) Intern Opportunity

A leadership training program for future executives within Govuni Collective. Participants will gain practical experience in business strategy, financial planning, corporate development, and workforce transformation. Upon successful transition to full-time employment, a 5-20% equity bonus is awarded based on performance and tenure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Strategy & Revenue Growth: Assist in developing revenue-sharing models, negotiating partnerships, analyzing financials, and creating long-term impact strategies.
2. Grant Writing & Government Contracts: Research, write, and develop grant proposals (>$500K annually) and proposals for contracts related to staffing, sustainability, and workforce development. Collaborate with relevant organizations like the Texas Workforce Commission.
3. Workforce Development & Union Innovation: Support businesses in implementing revenue-sharing and workforce investment programs, develop employer-sponsored benefits, aid in unionization strategies, and assist with employee ownership transitions.
4. AI & Business Automation Integration: Learn and implement AI-driven tools (Seamless.ai, ClickUp, Reply.io, Phenom.com) to optimize workforce management, sales, and recruitment. Develop automation strategies for improved efficiency.
5. Sustainable Housing & Community Development: Develop affordable, energy-efficient housing projects (utilizing 3D printing and sustainable materials), secure funding for community redevelopment, and support a universal mortgage/rental assistance program.
6. Community Engagement & Economic Education: Organize workshops, fundraising campaigns, business development events, recruit businesses for the community marketplace initiative, and create workforce training programs for diverse communities.

No prior experience required. All training will be provided through Govuni's Executive Training Program.
