We are seeking an experienced and passionate Claims Adjuster to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing compensation claims for Lifestyle, Auto, Boat, and RV products. You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment with schedules from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, including at least two days per week in the office. Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze policies, assessments, and technical reports to determine claim amounts, negotiate, and settle claims.
- Process outstanding compensation claims for Lifestyle, Auto, Boat, and RV products.
- Provide advice to clients on specialized products and offer quick and exemplary customer service.
- Perform tasks within granted limits and make autonomous decisions.
- Maintain detailed records according to established protocols.
- Participate in projects and regularly provide feedback on processes.
- Collaborate with claims teams from other regions.
What you will need to succeed:
- Post-secondary degree.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in handling Property or Auto claims.
- Experience in processing claims for specialized products, including RVs and boats.
- Experience in customer service.
- Possession of a claims expert license from AMF.
- Required bilingualism: English and French.
- Passion for Lifestyle claims and customer service.
