This opportunity is within the EVERSANA Deployment Solutions business unit, partnering with top tier pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies to provide industry solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop a systematic approach to analyze business opportunities, remove organizational barriers, and identify appropriate SMEs for operational design and execution.
- Collaborate with Business Development to capture project requirements, scope, and success metrics.
- Document all business opportunities in Salesforce post-win.
- Mobilize cross-functional teams (CRM, Incentive Compensation, Data, Reporting, etc.) to establish and document project strategy, schedule, costs, budget, and resource needs.
- Establish execution plans with SMEs, weighing trade-offs.
- Track project activities, risks, issues, ensuring progress aligns with schedule and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with Business Development and SMEs to resolve issues, escalating them to management when needed.
- Address people and team dynamics to optimize operational team performance.
- Coordinate with other program managers on interdependent projects.
- Conduct timely status and project reviews.
- Provide SOW Operational Services details to GDM for each opportunity.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Expectations
- Travel: Up to 20% for team and client meetings.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Overtime and/or weekend/evening hours may be required.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of equivalent/relevant professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in client services, operational management, or account manager role
- Strong initiative, integrity, and a results-oriented mindset

- Results-focus, accountability, attention to detail, and customer focus.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of Life Sciences Industry experience in field sales administration/operations
- Understanding of Life Sciences commercial operations (Field Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Clinical Educators, Engagement Center programs)
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com, CRM, Reporting/Analytics, Targeting/Alignments, Incentive Compensation, and Data Management
- Strong oral/written presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Project management skills
- Analytical skills
Compensation
The anticipated base salary range is $84,000 - $100,000 (US).
