Full-Time Client Product Development Director

Global Client Product Development (CPD) leader is responsible for leading client-focused product development teams globally.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with commercial teams to cultivate product opportunities, driving strategic initiatives and achieving global sales targets.
• Ensure CPD teams effectively manage the end-to-end product development process, from client briefing to final approval (artwork creation, costing/pricing, sampling).
• Develop processes to ensure CPD teams guide clients towards optimal branding solutions by gathering detailed specifications and proposing re-engineering options for target pricing.
• Partner with GPD teams to establish global procedures and escalation protocols for efficient deployment.
• Implement robust pricing processes utilizing established tools and guidelines.
• Ensure team engagement in store audits, client meetings, and sales narrative development.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product advancements to assist clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 15 years commercial/product development experience, 5+ years in leadership capacity, preferably in the Apparel industry.
• Strong passion for product development and market trends.
• Proven expertise in leading large, diverse teams.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills for collaborative matrixed work.
• Ability to drive organizational change.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
