Client Services Manager (CSM) is responsible for leading a team of recruiters to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Work Location: US only
Work Arrangement: Remote - US
Work Schedule: 8am-5pm, flexible
Specific requirements: 5+ years as a Client services manager, with commercial sales experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team to exceed client expectations.
- Set clear performance standards and goals for the team, assessing progress and addressing gaps.
- Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports through regular 1-1 meetings, team meetings, and feedback.
- Complete performance management processes.
- Build trust, motivate, and inspire team performance, fostering a positive, inclusive environment.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and understand the client organization.
- Partner with internal teams and client leaders for successful client implementations.
- Develop recruiting metrics and analytics (time to fill, aging, cost per hire, satisfaction surveys, recruiter productivity, source of candidate and hire).
- Foster relationships and build trust with Recruiters and hiring leaders.
- Manage programs, events, and campaigns to build the candidate pipeline and meet hiring goals.
- Develop strategic hiring strategies (passive candidate outreach, recruitment marketing, recruitment technologies).
- Share updates and data, discuss service delivery gaps, and implement proactive remediation plans in client meetings.
- Support client recruitment process needs.
- Maximize Cielo resources to meet goals.
- Drive standardization, continuous improvement, and consistency.
- Share best practices and organizational initiatives with the Client Services Management team.
- Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Lead a team of Recruiters, providing guidance, conducting performance reviews, and supporting professional growth.
Position Requirements:
- Prior experience in a results-oriented TA role.
- Experience coaching peers or managing a team.
- 5+ years as a Client services manager, with Commercial sales experience
- Life science/pharmaceutical background required
- Launching account experience
Exposure:
- Recruitment technologies (ATS, social media tools)
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or related field (preferred)
Language Requirement: English
