Contractor Clinical Operations - EN

Join a fast-paced, patient-centred telehealth team redefining healthcare delivery. We seek an Enrolled Nurse for a fixed-term contract (approx. five months, late August 2025 - early February 2026) to cover parental leave.

This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver compassionate, high-quality support across clinical administration, patient care, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support seamless patient care by liaising with clinic teams and doctors.
• Manage treatment letter requests (e.g., travel, workplace, court, discharge).
• Assist with escalations (e.g., prescription issues, complaints, pharmacy/doctor escalations).
• Conduct patient follow-ups, risk assessments, and rebookings.
• Provide patient support, including booking assistance, documentation, and system uploads.
• Support doctors: triage Slack channels, monitor inboxes, and upload documents.
• Deliver non-judgmental, patient-centred care under RN supervision.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
• Collaborate with the team for a consistent, high-quality patient experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration (no practising restrictions).
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience.
• Telehealth or virtual care experience is desirable.
• Background in mental health or medicinal cannabis is preferred.
• Strong IT skills and ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Attention to detail with clinical and legal documentation.
• Empathetic communication and patient-centred support under RN supervision.
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts.
