We are seeking a talented and strategic Community Manager based on the East Coast of the U.S. who can be the guardian of our brand’s online image.
Responsibilities:
- Develop brand reputation strategy (B2B & B2C).
- Monitor review scores and ensure brand consistency.
- Build and manage online community on platforms like TrustPilot, Reddit, etc.
- Engage with community members, respond to comments, and provide feedback.
- Create engaging content to spark discussions.
- Analyze online statistics and trends.
- Moderate posts, escalate issues to Customer Care.
- Develop and implement crisis management plan.
- Encourage and manage reviews.
- Escalate pre- and post-trip issues.
- Optimize forum content for search engines.
- Gather feedback for product development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- Experience in travel and e-commerce.
- 3+ years online reputation management experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Native or bilingual English proficiency.
- Strategic and creative thinker.
- Strong emotional intelligence.
- Proactive and organized.
