Community Manager (Web & Engagement Focus)
We are seeking a Community Manager with a strong background in community engagement and website maintenance. In this role, you’ll contribute to a vibrant player community by supporting digital communication strategies and managing multiple studio websites. You’ll collaborate closely with a larger community management team to deliver engaging content, technical solutions, and immersive experiences.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot multiple static studio websites
- Implement updates, security patches, and new features using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Apply SEO and analytics best practices to improve website performance
- Design visual assets such as banners, graphics, and icons for branding and community engagement
- Support community outreach initiatives via newsletters, blog posts, social media, and live streams
- Partner with game developers to produce and share compelling content
- Monitor, moderate, and respond to community feedback across platforms (forums, social media, email)
- Assist with technical issues and ensure a seamless digital experience for users
Job Skills/Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in community management or related field
- 2+ years of experience in static website development and upkeep
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with content creation and engagement strategies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
