Compliance Risk Analyst This is a hybrid opportunity. Marlboro, MA (Onsite Tuesdays & Wednesdays)
About this Position We’re looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Risk Analyst to support vendor communications and maintain essential tracking spreadsheets. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who is proactive in clarifying uncertainties before acting.
Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with vendors via email and track relevant data in Excel spreadsheets.
- Maintain organization of shared inboxes and ensure clear, professional correspondence.
- Assist with compliance-related documentation and recordkeeping.
- Support team projects by managing internal and external communications.
- Provide administrative and operational support for compliance initiatives.
Job Skills/Requirements
- Basic experience with Excel and MS Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Proactive in asking questions and verifying information before proceeding.
- Ability to work onsite at the Marlboro location on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Pay Range: $25 - $28 per hour
