Job Details
Become a conservative writer, blogger, podcaster, or influencer.
Write political content for ONC, including OpEds and Policy Proposals.
Participate in podcasts, social media postings, and events.
Propose story ideas and projects.
The Core Content Writers consist of conservative, progressive, and moderate writers, focusing on policy areas.
Remote position, coordinate over Zoom and Slack.
Commit to at least the end of the Fall semester (December 8th, 2025).
Responsibilities:
- Create content for the website.
- Ensure commitment to nonpartisanship.
- Participate in civil dialogue.
- Participate in podcasts, events, and other tasks.
Requirements:
- Degree in Political Science, Journalism, English, Public Policy, or related field.
- Exceptional writing skills.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Experience in policy research or political commentary.
- Enthusiasm for ONC’s mission.
- Ability to work remotely.
- Google Workspace experience.
- Attend weekly meetings (Mondays & Fridays at 6:30 p.m. EST).
- Authorized to intern in the U.S.
