About the RoleLearnLux is seeking a part-time or freelance editor to support the content team. The role involves reviewing and polishing copy to align with LearnLux's tone, voice, and style, ensuring quality and excellence standards are met. The goal is exceptional, informative, and engaging content.
Key Responsibilities
- Transform advanced financial topics into accessible content.
- Review and edit educational lessons to adhere to LearnLux Style Guide (tone, voice, grammar, style).
- Ensure content is free of errors (grammar, spelling, punctuation).
- Support localization by adapting content to local preferences.
- Fact-check copy and identify potential issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, or similar.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an editor or similar role.
- Familiarity with Google Docs.
- Strong written English skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
Nice to Haves
- Knowledge of a second language (Spanish or French preferred).
- Financial industry experience.
- Localization experience.
