We are looking for a CRM Content Manager to join our team and help us to maintain close and effective communication with our users.
Responsibilities:
Write and edit compelling promo-offer copies and emails.
Prepare layouts for the website and direct customer communication (tournament descriptions, emails, sms, notifications etc.).
Collaborate with a CRM team to implement all the activities based on product promo plans.
Write clear task descriptions for a design team.
Manage website banners and snippets to enhance user engagement.
Proficiency in English is a requirement (B2 minimum)
Gambling (casino)/ betting industry experience
Proven hands-on experience as a Content Manager, Copywriter and/or Writer
Familiarity with Content Management Systems
Сreative thinking, problem-solving, communication skills
Would be a plus:
English C1
Basic proficiency in Figma for collaborative design projects
Skills in tabular layout design, HTML markup, and CSS
Knowledge of sports and betting industry
