Job Details
We're seeking a Content Producer to transform raw audio, video, and other materials into compelling short-form videos, polished audio assets, and interactive content for garden3d.
Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy & Curation: Review and audit raw video, audio, and multimedia assets. Develop content calendars and storylines.
- Brand Voice & Creative Direction: Maintain a cohesive visual and sonic identity. Experiment with new formats and styles.
- Video Production & Editing: Edit short-form video content for various platforms. Apply color grading, motion graphics, and effects. Add captions and subtitles.
- Audio Production: Clean, mix, and master audio. Create audio snippets and soundbites. Add music and sound design.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with leadership and team members. Communicate progress and timelines.
- Performance & Optimization: Monitor content performance metrics. Test different formats and approaches.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in video editing and content production.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects.
- Strong audio production skills (e.g., Ableton Live, Adobe Audition).
- Understanding of platform-specific best practices.
- Strong storytelling abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Able to be online between Pacific Standard Time (UTC-8) and Central European Time (UTC+2).
Nice-to-have:
- Fluency in AI tools like RunwayML, Midjourney, Fuser Studio, etc
- Fluency in node-based tools like TouchDesigner, MaxMSP
- Experience with OBS, live streaming and real-time content production
- Knowledge of 3D animation, CGI, or immersive media production
