Responsibilities

1. Assist with editing and revising a broad variety of professional documents such as content, articles, and other publications for the social media team.
2. Utilize Asana to review tasks and Slack to respond to messages.
3. Review graphics in Canva to ensure all ARO requirements are met.
4. Edit content according to specifications for style, tone, and length, while also ensuring correct use of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
5. Ensure proper use of hashtags are included in each post.
6. Ensure social media content meets style, formatting, and general quality standards.
7. Ensure review of content is completed on time.
8. Attend weekly departmental meetings and biweekly all-staff meetings.
9. Perform other related duties as assigned.
