Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor AI search performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze and troubleshoot poor AI outputs.
- Design and maintain a 'Golden Set' for LLM testing.
- Collaborate with teams to align content strategies.
- Conduct user training and create documentation.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows.
- Maintain documentation using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
