Description
We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to join our team for a 3 - 6-month engagement. In this role, you will support both technical and non-technical hiring across the organization, with an emphasis on recruiting for technical roles. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify top talent and ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to offer. This is a 100% remote position.
What You'll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Screen both technical and non-technical candidates for fit, qualifications, and interest
- Guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
- Proactively source and engage candidates using a variety of tools and channels
- Review resumes and applications to assess alignment with open roles
- Own the end-to-end candidate process, from first contact to offer negotiation
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our applicant tracking system
You Have
- 2–3 years of previous recruitment experience
- Experience working with Greenhouse ATS (preferred)
- Proven experience recruiting for technical roles is required
- Experience sourcing passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong relationship-building skills with both hiring managers and candidates
- Familiarity with managing the full recruitment cycle, including offer negotiations
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote environment
- Availability to commit to a 3 - 6-month contract role, working core hours in the Eastern or Central time zones
