What would you do in this role?We’re looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our small-but-mighty recruiting team and help us support hiring at all levels of the business. We need someone who can bring strong technical recruiting chops, a team-first mindset, and the ability to dive in right away. We are looking for someone who loves the whole process of searching for and finding great hires.
You’ll work directly with hiring managers and cross-functional partners to drive full-cycle recruiting efforts, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and close. You’ll also collaborate closely with our tight-knit Recruiting team.
No two days look exactly the same, but here’s what you’ll be focused on:
- Owning and managing full-cycle recruiting for a subset of technical roles
- Building strong partnerships with hiring managers
- Sourcing and engaging passive candidates
- Guiding candidates and hiring teams through a thoughtful interview process
- Keeping our Greenhouse pipeline clean and organized
- Working hand-in-hand with Recruiters
- Identifying opportunities and experimenting with AI-driven tools
- Educate and empower our recruiting team
What do you need to apply?
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Strong track record of hiring across technical functions
- Understanding of how to assess technical skill sets
- Strong grasp of technical concepts
- Experience acting as a strategic partner
- Ability to step into a fast-moving environment
- Clear, confident, and kind communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly
- Proactive and resourceful approach
- Knowledge of Greenhouse (or similar ATS platforms) is a plus
