Contractor Contract Technical Recruiter (Korea)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create tailored sourcing strategies.
2. Source, screen, and evaluate engineering candidates for roles in areas such as cloud, software development, and infrastructure.
3. Leverage job boards, social media, and local networks to identify top talent in the Korean market.
4. Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
5. Provide regular updates and insights to the team on recruitment progress and challenges.

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, with a focus on the Korean market.
• Familiarity with engineering roles and technical terminology.
• Strong network of engineering professionals in South Korea.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
• Fluent in Korean and English (both written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
