Job Details
Symmetrio is seeking a Contract Specialist for a multinational medical device organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage contract lifecycle for VA and DoD agreements.
- Review RFPs, RFQs, and contract terms for FAR/DFARS compliance.
- Prepare and submit contract documentation and pricing data.
- Serve as the point of contact for contracting officers and internal stakeholders.
- Support negotiation of contract terms and renewals.
- Coordinate with finance and operations on billing and cost tracking.
- Maintain records and ensure audit readiness.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience managing U.S. government contracts within the VA or DoD.
- Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal acquisition processes.
- Experience with medical device or technical service contracts preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
