Qualifications
- Doctorate in relevant field required.
- Preferred: Diverse perspective consideration, capacity for individualized support, experience with doctoral capstone projects.
Work Experience
- Minimum 3 years teaching experience or demonstrated capacity for a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Experience supporting doctoral research committees, mentoring a diverse doctoral student population, or distance learning.
- Preferred: Experience mentoring doctoral students on capstone projects, focusing on evidence-based decision-making.

Compensation
Graduate Course Instruction: $1,560 - $4,080 per Quarter/Semester, dependent on course type/length.
Undergraduate Course Instruction: $700 - $2,200 per quarter, dependent on course type/length. Actual pay may vary by factors including course type, experience, location, and licensure.
