Kata.ai is looking for a Conversation Designer to translate business requirements into conversation media and work with a bot builder to implement conversation designs.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare copywriting for chatbots.
- Optimize existing features and recommend new features, focusing on outcomes like engagement rate.
- Optimize existing NL sets and chatbot vocabulary to improve confidence rate and performance.
- Master Conversation Design & Persona Design.
- Present recommendations to internal teams or clients.
Qualifications:
- Experienced in copywriting, dialogue design, conversation design, or scriptwriting.
- Skills in content creation, scriptwriting, blogging, product design, and/or UX.
- Excellence in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Understanding of user-centric design and communication principles.
- Creative with the capacity to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of conversational bots.
- Experience in client-facing roles in creative/marketing/advertising is a plus.
- Additional design and/or software development skills are a plus.
