Full-Time Conversational Designer (Google Dialogflow)

We are seeking a highly skilled Conversation Designer to create engaging voice assistant experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Conversational Design and strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Define use cases, conversation flows, and dialogue structures.
• Ensure engaging, intuitive, and impactful conversational experiences for end-users.
• Apply conversational writing principles for natural, user-friendly interactions.
• Optimize virtual assistant experiences through grammar refinements, NLU model improvements, and strategic enhancements.
• Work closely with Solution Architects, business stakeholders, and developers.
• Continuously improve chatbot and voice assistant experiences by implementing data-driven enhancements.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in conversation design, chatbot development, or voice assistant design.
• Google CCAI development experience
• Experience with Google DialogFlow.
• Strong understanding of NLU concepts (intents, entities, contextual understanding).
• Experience designing and building multiple conversational assistants using various tools and programming languages (C++, C#, NodeJs, JS).
• Ability to create compelling, user-friendly conversational experiences.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and improve voice assistant performance.
• Experience with conversational AI tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with UX research methodologies.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with AI-driven chatbots and voice assistants.
• Experience in designing demos and prototypes for conversational AI solutions.
• Understanding of business-side considerations and value of conversational AI.
