Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled Conversational Designer to create engaging voice assistant experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design conversational flows for IVR systems using Dialogflow CX.
- Create and optimize user journeys, intents, training phrases, and dialog states.
- Write natural-sounding prompts and responses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze user behavior and bot performance.
- Develop and maintain conversation design documentation.
- Conduct usability testing and call flow simulations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience designing conversational experiences.
- Experience with conversational AI platforms, especially Google Dialogflow.
- Strong writing skills.
- Familiarity with call center operations, IVR/Voice bot logic, and telephony systems.
- Proven ability to create engaging conversational user experiences.
- Solid understanding of business use cases and conversational AI value.
- Basic understanding of NLP concepts.
Nice to haves:
- Knowledge of SSML, speech tuning, and TTS/ASR best practices.
- Basic programming language knowledge.
- Portfolio of conversational projects.
