Intern Coordination Intern (Remote)

Coordination Intern will support the Coordination Leader in the Operations team.

Purpose: Deliver industry-leading services to clients while maintaining QIMA quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule inspections in assigned zone, aligning with client timelines and requirements.
• Manage supplier relationships from onboarding to service scheduling.
• Plan and allocate resources based on service type, inspector expertise, and transport cost optimization.
• Provide daily operational support to field inspectors and suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Strong Vietnamese and English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain/Manufacturing.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Previous 3rd party inspection experience is a plus.
