We’re looking for a strong, journalistic-minded copywriter who loves storytelling as much as accuracy. You’ll write and edit across multiple client brands from punchy social captions to thought-leadership blogs and polished case studies all grounded in clear, factual, well-researched writing.
What You’ll Do
- Write and edit content across formats: blogs, articles, social posts, case studies, and white papers.
- Turn leadership call transcripts or interviews into engaging, on-brand content.
- Fact-check, cite, and verify information to ensure every piece is credible and accurate.
- Adapt writing style to align with client tone, messaging, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for creative and editorial alignment.
- Use AI tools for research, drafting, and efficiency — while maintaining human quality control.
- Manage version control, editing cycles, and delivery timelines for multiple brands.
Must-Haves
- 3+ years of professional writing and editing experience (agency, newsroom, or content marketing background ideal).
- Strong editorial judgment, with a nose for accuracy and credible sourcing.
- Excellent command of English — grammar, structure, and flow matter to you.
- Comfortable writing across multiple tones, audiences, and industries.
- Highly self-directed, organized, and deadline-driven.
- Familiarity with content tools (Google Workspace, Notion, or similar).
- Proficiency using AI tools (ChatGPT, Grammarly, Perplexity, etc.) to enhance — not replace — your creative process.
Nice-to-Haves
- Journalism or communications background.
- Experience in B2B, Healthcare, Tech, or professional services content.
- Comfort interviewing subject-matter experts and shaping complex ideas into clear writing.
- Experience editing leadership-level content (white papers, executive blogs, or opinion pieces).
